Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment via Card Save secure system.
It is also possible to place an order over the phone and pay via most major credit or debit cards, if this is preferred do not place the order via the website but phone us instead.
Payment is taken once we have we have received a payment confirmation email from yourself, established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods.
We do not pass any information onto third parties and card details are not stored after processing.
Delivery
We only deliver within the mainland UK. if you live outside this area please contact us to discuss you order and postage charge. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within three working days
Returns Policy
We offer your standard rights. We will be happy to refund or exchange items, which are returned to us within 7 days of purchase, providing they have not been used, worn or item has been opened. Please return the goods to:

Please include a brief note including the full name and address of the person who placed the order so that we can find them on our database. Please note that (unless the return is due to a fault or error) we do not refund postage costs and postage will also be charged on any goods we send out in exchange.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
Most products come with a years guarantee from the manufacturer. If after purchasing an item from us you have a problem with it please contact us first for further information.
